When you buy a document or subscribe to our software, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We keep a record of your order (item purchased, the email you provided at checkout, and order status) so we can deliver your files, honor our 7-day refund policy, and provide support.
When you request a free sample, we collect the email address you provide so we can deliver the sample and occasionally tell you about related documents. You can ask us to delete your email at any time by contacting support@cluit.ai.
We send order confirmations and download links to the email address associated with your purchase. These are service emails required to deliver what you bought, not marketing.
When you use our service, we process the text you enter (resumes, job descriptions, interview questions) solely to generate candidate packs and coaching answers. This content is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce results and is not used to train AI models.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours.
Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or private health information. Our service is designed for professional recruiting content only.
By using this tool, you confirm you have the appropriate permission to process candidate information. We process resumes and job descriptions solely to generate candidate packs and coaching answers on your behalf.
We use essential cookies to provide our service, maintain your session, and improve your experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Logged-in users can access their generation history. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@cluit.ai.
